Attention: PACER users and Next Generation (NextGen) Case Management/Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) e-filers may experience intermittent authentication issues when logging on to the Production environment, and intermittent connection issues when making payments through Pay.gov.  This maintenance will be in effect on Sunday, April 13, 2025 from 4:55am until 7:00pm, MST.

NOTE: This update will add MFA for all Case Management/Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) and PACER users. Users with filing and all other types of CM/ECF-level access will be required to enroll in MFA, while users with PACER-only access will have the option to enroll.
