United States Passport Applications Information
The Casper and Cheyenne Offices have authorized Passport Acceptance Agents available to process passport applications.
*We are unable to do Passport renewals.*
Please visit the State Department website for information regarding renewing US passports.
Effective 5/1/2014, we will only be able to schedule appointments at these times in Cheyenne:
Cheyenne Scheduling: To schedule an appointment for one of the above times in Cheyenne, please call us between 8:30 - 5:00 Monday - Friday at 307/433-2120.
Cheyenne Office: 2120 Capitol Avenue, Room 2131. We are on the second floor of the building and you must pass through Court Security to reach us. We recommend you do not bring or wear excessive metal objects such as pocket knives, key chains, belts, jewelry, etc. In addition, you must present a photo ID to enter the Courthouse.
Casper Scheduling: The Casper office can still schedule appointments anytime from 8:30 am-12:00 pm and 1:00 pm-5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. Please call us at 307/232-2620 to make an appointment.
Casper Office: 111 South Wolcott, Room 121. We are on the first floor of the building and you must pass through Court Security to reach us. We recommend you do not bring or wear excessive metal objects such as pocket knives, key chains, belts, jewelry, etc. In addition, you must present a photo ID to enter the Courthouse.
NOTE: if you have all your information with you when you come, the process should take no more than 15 minutes per application. Bring payment, completed form(s), photo(s), copy of state-issued ID.
Forms of payment: Personal checks or money orders are acceptable - this office cannot accept cash or credit cards for passports.
Passport Photos: Please visit the State Department instructions on taking valid photographs.
