Effective June 1, 2011, the Chief Judge for the District of Wyoming is the Honorable Nancy D. Freudenthal.
The Clerk of Court for the District of Wyoming is Stephan Harris.
Hours of Operation
Cheyenne and Casper Clerk's Offices are open Monday through Friday during these hours:
- 8:30am until 12:00pm
- 1:00pm until 5:00pm MST

Filing After Hours
There is a drop box in the door of the Cheyenne Clerk's office, room 2131. Pleadings deposited there by 5:30 pm will be file stamped on the date received. At this time, fax filings are NOT accepted.
